Campaign
Bonneville The Invisible Houses
Canada’s modular-home leader for 65 years, Bonneville had just revamped its positioning, identity and website. It needed a TV campaign worthy of that evolution, in French and English.

Bonneville’s promise
“We build more than houses: we create lifestyles.”
Dany Bonneville
“So we took them at their word. We don’t show a house.”
David Lamarche, art director and co-founder of Alléluia
Creative approach
Scenes of life set in the middle of nature, so that everyone can imagine their own home.
Each scene was first drawn. After the concept presentation, AI-generated images refined our vision and let the whole team picture the result.

“Our stance: make people dream, let them imagine their ideal home.”
Sylvain Thomin, copywriter and founder of Alléluia
The film was shot entirely in natural light with the production company OKOK, directed by Tom Patry.
Result
Facing persistent prejudice about factory-built homes, the campaign changes the codes of the real estate sector: it makes people dream rather than showing.
Running in French and English since January 19, 2026.
“We were won over by the boldness of this concept. It matches exactly Bonneville’s philosophy, which has always gone against the grain of what the industry has done for 65 years.”
Katrine Scott, Marketing and Sales Director, Bonneville

Create. Build. Live.
Bonneville’s tagline could apply to Alléluia, too. Creating brands, building relationships, and living.
